The Executive Board is the administration of a parent–teacher association (PTA) that runs the organization and represents the parent body.
Leaders of their respective committees who also serve on the Board of Directors.
The Communications Chair helps PTA members and the general public understand the PTA's purpose by sending out news and information such as upcoming events, meeting information and agendas, and volunteer opportunities.
The Events Chair plans, organizes, and executes events that give back to the parents, teachers, and staff of TRES. The Chair also holds meetings for the Events Committee.
The Events Co-Chair supports the Events Chair and all activities related to planning, executing, and running events. Additionally, the Co-Chair assists with running and planning the events meetings.
The Fundraising Chair is responsible for planning fundraisers and partnering with local organizations. The Chair also holds meetings for the Fundraising Committee and helps the PTA generate money to give back to the TRES community.
The Fundraising Co-Chair assists the Fundraising Chair by helping to plan and run committee meetings as well as plan fundraising events.
The Hospitality Chair is responsible for creating and executing ideas that directly give back to the community. The Chair also conducts committee meetings and generates events that show appreciation for the teachers and staff.
The Hospitality Co-Chair is responsible for creating and executing ideas that directly give back to the community. The Co-Chair also supports the Chair at meetings and generates events that show appreciation for the teachers and staff.
The Membership Chair plans events that generate membership for the PTA. The Chair also advertises the PTA and conducts Membership Committee meetings.
The Membership C0-Chair assists the Chair and plans events that generate membership for the PTA. The Co-Chair also advertises the PTA and conducts Membership Committee meetings.
The Spirit Wear Chair is responsible for partnering with an organization who produces wearable gear for the PTA members, students, and community for purchase or as a prize.
The Yearbook Chair is responsible for ensuring the school yearbook is put together in a timely fashion and that the yearbook is available for purchase. The Yearbook Chair also takes and receives pictures of student and teacher activities.
